NOTE|This step is to be done after you uninstall gmod with steam| You literally just click the Gmod file and hit delete. I, as someone who rotates between games alot, occasionally clear out the leftovers in here for some space. When here it takes you to the files of your installed steam games, and any left over files from uninstalled games.
(or whatever drive its on not always C) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
Just go to your file explorer, and click this pc, and follow thru this path. Only to find out that, nope, you still have 70 gigs of addons, (silly you).įor only god knows why, the uninstall button only removes base game, but thankfully removing the leftover file space, is easy. You find gmod, and remember the fun you had, but maybe its been awhile since you last played it, and you dont really need the 70 gigs of addons taking up space. Ok, we've all been there, you just got a new game, or maybe you wanna clear up some space on your pc so u look down your list of games. This is probably old news for some, but as I just found out in a different post I made, some people don't know how to uninstall the addons after uninstalling the game.
